Resolutions

Before I get in to this week’s post – check out the new logo!!!  My very patient logo designer worked through many iterations (even creating a wire model) until we got it to be ‘just right’ – so here it is :-)

If you are in need of a logo or other graphic design or illustration work, give me a shout and I will put you in touch with her!

Welcome to December

With one month to go of this very ‘unusual’ year, how have your resolutions for 2020 shaped up?  Have you achieved what you set out to do?  Did you rip them up in March and decide to just wing it/not bother? Did you use that now popular word of the year and ‘pivot’ or did you do something else?

Whatever your opinions of 2020 – whether it was terrible, fantastic or somewhere in the middle, remember that it was your journey.  I have heard people feel embarrassed or uncomfortable to admit that they have had a good year and have achieved what they wanted to and more.  On the other hand, I have also heard from people how tough they have found it.  To both groups (and anyone in the middle) I would like to say ‘that’s OK’.

We have probably heard many times this year that it is OK to not be OK.  While that is true, I also firmly believe it is also OK to be OK.  So, embrace it, grow, develop and ask for support where you need it.  Remembering, that that support could just as equally be to help lift you up out of a bad situation as it could be to help you to continue to rise and succeed.

Take the time to take stock, and if there is anything outstanding on your resolutions list – you still have a month to go!  For me – while I missed a self set deadline of October for something I really wanted to achieve – I am now giving myself a final push to get it done – and, I am really hoping I don’t have to roll it over into next year… although if I do, then it gives me a starting point for 2021 😉 (silver linings and all that!)

Speaking of 2021…

A wee heads up/reminder that the rate for a standard Health Kinesiology session is going up to £65 from the 1st of January 2021 for online sessions (all other prices are on the website).

Also, watch this space for some new therapies and options coming online in the New Year here at Inner Pathways – 2020 has been a busy but productive year.  From the resolutions graphic above – I can definitely tick off ‘get more certificates’ from my list – although I am still aiming for another 3 before the end of the year…
If you want to know more before I make the official announcement, click the button above and come have a virtual coffee! (also from the graphic above – I didn’t win the lottery – apparently it helps if you buy a ticket – who knew!)

As a reminder – South Lanarkshire is currently in Tier 4, as such I am not currently open for face to face sessions in the studio (if this changes I will let you know).  Zoom is an excellent option though – it works just as well if not better – and you get to work with me from the comfort of your own sofa.
