Moving to Tier 3

South Lanarkshire is moving back to Tier 3 on Friday (11th Dec) and so I am pleased to announce that face to face sessions (with restrictions) can resume from next week – it would be lovely to see you again!

Zoom is still an excellent option too – it works just as well if not better – and you get to work with me from the comfort of your own sofa! 

Also – it’s time of the month again – our latest Therapist’s in Conversation went live on the 5th and is available to watch now (I teased it a few posts ago!).  That feels strange to say as we just recorded the January edition last night (well December tends to fill up towards the end of the month… 😊).  I’ll tell you all about that in the New Year.
