Do You Follow your head or your heart?

I was recording the first episode of my new interview series for Inner Pathways Transitions (details of that will be coming out soon) and, a recurring theme throughout the discussion was, do we listen to our head or our heart?

That dreaded word ‘should’ made it’s appearance too.  Do we follow our heads when we feel that we should do the logical thing as opposed to following our hearts and perhaps our true purpose?  When we come from a place of fear, I find that the should word appears more prominently.

I don’t plan to give away any spoilers for the interview but what I would invite you to ponder is when you made your latest big decision, did you follow your head or your heart and why?  And a follow on to ponder is, if you were happy with the outcome and if not, will you follow the other one next time?
