What a week!  I’ve found myself on a bit of a rollercoaster.  From bored to annoyed, from frustrated to angry and back to bored again (there were some good moments in there too – I am just being a little over dramatic! 😊)! I’ve been able to vent and rant (thanks to you if you were on the receiving end) and that venting has really helped.  Who have you got to vent to?  Are you making sure that when the moment hits that you have a process to help you through it?

After my vent, the first thing I did was find a gap in my calendar and book some time out for me.  Just because we can’t go on holiday doesn’t mean we have to work 7 days a week – cos that isn’t perhaps the healthiest option.  My plan for my ‘out of office’ time is to get out of my house in day light hours – even if it is only for a walk.  To pick a film that cheers me up and do nothing but watch it.  To have a digital detox (even though the idea of switching off all my tech feels scary – might start with an hour or two and build to a day…).

If you need a vent, or fancy a walk and talk please do reach out – going for a walk whilst on the phone for company is always an option until we are allowed to meet up in person – I might just need to find my handsfree so my hands don’t get cold…!) The zoffee (zoom coffee) is still an option too!
