Let’s talk Inner Pathways

As most of you are aware – I don’t often ‘promote’ the services I offer as the main part of the weekly posts, in fact, I don’t think I have ever done it…?
So, in a change to ‘regular programming’ I am going to do just that – please bear with me!
Just over five years ago I attended the first (of many) training courses to become a Health Kinesiology practitioner – after about 8 years of being the one on the couch, I enrolled out of curiosity. Little did I know when I booked, that the week before that course I would be told the office building I worked in was being closed down and therefore most of our jobs would be moving to India or London, without us! Having then worked through the 13 month redundancy notice period, I handed back the laptop and keys to the building (that part is a longer story!) 4 years ago this week.
Since then, I have completed the training, the extra modules and the 200 hours of client sessions to qualify. I have also completed a diploma in Transformational Coaching & Hypnotherapy, from a course that began face to face and then had to migrate online due to the crazy that was 2020!
I currently offer stand alone Health Kinesiology/Natural Bioenergetics (HK/NB) sessions or my new Hybrid model where clients get to experience Transformational Coaching; Hypnotherapy and Health Kinesiology all rolled in to one. Whichever option is chosen, I start with making sure the energy system is balanced and using muscle response testing we work out what is best for the client on that day with the ‘stuff’ they have going on in that moment. The size of the toolbox available depends on whether it is just HK or the hybrid session.
Over the past few months I have been working with people who are in the middle of symptoms caused by Allergies; panic attacks; anxiety; PTSD; money blocks; over eating; IBS to name just a few. With the techniques I have available to me, I work through a number of these symptoms with the client – effectively giving the body and mind the information it needs to start to address these symptoms. I make no promises for quick fixes or cures, but I do facilitate changes that can be made that will assist the person to heal.
Over the coming weeks and months, I will be launching a membership programme that will include monthly drop in group coaching sessions and once that is up and running I am looking in to the feasibility of running group programmes to work through Transitions in life – the loose framework has already been developed and I have additional coaches on hand to get this off the ground. If you want more info on either of these aspects, do drop me a mail, or jump over to the Facebook group to hear the full details of what is launching and when.
I trust that didn’t come across as too salesy – I just realised I haven’t ever really done a ‘this is who I am and what I do’ kind of post!
And if you want to hear what one of my recent clients had to say, we had a wee zoffee that she graciously agreed to let me record with how she was feeling about the work we were doing together (I promise – I don’t make everyone do these – in fact, this is the first and so far, the only one of these 😊)
