A group of Health Kinesiologists got together earlier this year to write a book about how what we do really does change lives.  The book came out yesterday and is available on Amazon for the bargain price of 77p just now – so I have slotted it in to my ‘to be read’ pile (I won’t publicly mention where I am on my book reading challenge of 2021… 🙈 – I know – I need to get out more!!)

From my work with some of you, I have seen anywhere from a subtle shift (I know that was my experience) right through to some pretty life changing results and everywhere in between – maybe for the next book I will get one of you onboard for a chapter 😊
