The Alchemy of Inspiration

This month on Therapists in Conversation we were talking Magic! 

While we were recording this month’s episode I had my favourite Disney Character’s quote running through my head but didn’t share with the group until after the recording stopped (I did get told off for that!) – so here is what I should have said:

“One little spark of inspiration is at the heart of all creation”

Sometimes it is just that tiny spark that we need to get the ball rolling – I know recently I have found the spark in some areas in my life and in others it’s currently a work in progress.  And if it’s missing altogether – we might just need to take a step back and pay attention, as that spark could be quite small and if we aren’t paying attention we could miss it entirely!
