What is Happiness?

Just as we are all different, our definition of happiness and what that concept means to us is different.
Have you ever taken some time to articulate what happiness means to you?

I still feel it’s a choice – and perhaps one that follows on from the bad day I wrote about a few weeks ago. We can choose to take one bad moment and wallow under a dark cloud all day, or, we can (using that terrible cliché) turn that frown upside down 🤦🏻♀️ yes I went there and I am even cringing to myself – sorry!!
