What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Are you kind to yourself? Do you like that you see? Do you wish you could change something? Or do you just wish you could look at your reflection and like/be ok with what you see?
If you are happy with what you see and how you feel – congratulations! For a lot of people you are living the dream.
If on the other hand, you aren’t happy with what you see or how you feel when you look in the mirror – keep reading!
I am launching round 2 of Time 2 Get Comfy in Your Own Skin group programme opening next week.
What’s included:
- private Facebook group where you will find weekly workbooks and videos recorded during the course.
- a what’s app group where meditation audio files will be shared so you can play back when you like (just not while driving please!)
- a workbook per week plus an additional workbook that can then be used weekly after the programme ends
- Likeminded people to chat with and keep yourselves accountable throughout either on Facebook or What’s app (or both!)
- a group zoom call once a week for 6 weeks (starting on the 10th of April)
- a follow on zoom call 4 weeks later to keep you focused (12th June)
