Forgive & Transform

Come join us on a journey delving into forgiveness and transformation. Therapists in Conversation this month was all about this very topic – and ‘stuff’.
We talked a lot about ‘stuff’, discussing a popular chilly Disney song and tea bags – if I have peaked your interest, click on the video below. (I listened back at 1.5x speed – and have discovered I sound way too much like a chipmunk at that speed🤣)
Forgiveness is such an important aspect of life, but perhaps we need to start with forgiving ourselves.
Look at all the ‘stuff’ you beat yourself up over, that makes you feel bad or uncomfortable – or just makes you feel!
Decide if there is something there that can be forgiven, and work towards forgiving and letting it go. If you don’t feel that you can forgive yourself – find someone to help you work through it – I’m here to help – or find someone else to help if that’s more appropriate.
Once forgiveness happens, transformation becomes much easier/quicker and it’s amazing what can happen when you open yourself up to the possibilities and opportunities that transformation brings.
