What would you spend a windfall on?

How would you spend a windfall?

Interestingly, I’ve had this conversation with a few people this week – all independently of each other!

Whether it’s a conversation about what we would spend a jackpot lottery win on, how much of a windfall would be good without being greedy, or generally just ‘being ok with having money’ I have had some great chats and moments of day dreaming this week.

Normally, I tend to only have these day dreams whenever there is a big rollover – as that’s the only time I even contemplate buying a lottery ticket!

My thoughts range from paying of my mortgage and maybe some family member’s mortgages too, to buying an open ended around the world airline ticket, perhaps with a few months on a cruise ship somewhere along the way!

So, if you were feeling truly abundant (whether that be with money or anything else in your life) how would your life look?

How would you spend an imaginary windfall?

And just to set the parameters incase for those who believe in the power of the laws of attraction – the windfall comes with no strings – so it’s not an inheritance from a loved one, nor is it compensation from an accident/loss of limb etc – it’s more of an ‘Only Fools and Horses’ type find (from memory that was an antique watch that they came across that was worth a small fortune!)

So many people have complicated money stories, whether there is a fear of having too much and what type of person that would make them, or a terror of losing it all and anything in between.  The first clients I took on when I started offering coaching and hypnotherapy sessions were all around money mindset – and I got some great results.

With all the negative rhetoric around costs of living and money in general in the media, if you (or anyone you know) are struggling with the stress of all things money related, do please reach out to work through the blockers – it is relatively pain free and you never know just how much can be cleared when we clear money blocks from your mindset!
