Is it too soon for the ‘C’ word??

It’s December (how did that happen?)
I saw my first Christmas trees a few weeks ago and most town centres have got at least a very bare tree up so far.
But, is there a right time to start the process?
Whether it’s decorating (I’m firmly in the 12 days before camp), getting the gifts bought and wrapped (in my most organised days I would be done in October! As I am off this week the aim is to get it all finished before I am back in the office/shed!), or planning where you will be on the day (seriously – why can’t I just hibernate in my PJs for the day? 🤣)
My suggestion, is to – like with most things I suggest – do what is right for you! Granted, you may have to negotiate with a partner/kids on when the decorations go up and perhaps even negotiate with in-laws and extended family over who is hosting, but where you can – aim to do what works for you.
There are so many expectations around the Christmas season that it can become massively overwhelming – the challenge is to take it in your stride. And where you need support, just book a zoffee or hit contact!
And speaking of overwhelm – I am in the process of developing a group program on that very topic – so, I need your help! If you are female and are a part of the workforce (whether that be as an employee or working for yourself) and you have had even minor twinges of overwhelm this year, could you please complete a quick survey for me? Alternatively, if this isn’t you but you know someone who fits the bill please do pass the link on to them. Just click the image below or scan the QR code – huge thanks in advance!
